A man kept his notes from anger management in a separate folder and then used them in arguments as ammunition against his wife. The tool meant to heal became a weapon, because the problem was not in the technique but in the heart. That story opens a sermon about the fourth chapter of Ephesians (Ephesians 4). Paul does not forbid anger there, but he sets a boundary, saying that the sun must not go down on our anger and that we must not give the devil a foothold that way. Listen if your anger keeps hurting the people you love.

Why Me?
In life, we go through various experiences and feel all kinds of emotions. Sometimes it seems like no one understands us, because we’re the only ones struggling with them. Sometimes we also ask ourselves, “Why me?” However, when we turn to the Bible, we can view our struggles from a different perspective. What’s more, we discover that our experiences are nothing new, because many people before us have gone through them, and many Christians are going through them right now-we are not alone.
