Why do we try so hard to avoid hardship? This message takes us to ancient Smyrna, one of only two churches in Revelation that received no word of rebuke from Jesus (Revelation 2). Their strength came not from remarkable preaching or wealth, but from the way they faced pressure, poverty and a trial they were told was coming. Listen, and ask what your response to hardship reveals about where your loyalty really lies.

Along the route once used to deliver mail were the seven churches of Asia Minor. It is to these communities that Jesus addresses the seven letters found in the Book of Revelation. However, upon reading them carefully, we discover that their message is astonishingly relevant today and applies to the entire Church and to all followers of Jesus who, in various places and circumstances, await His second coming.
