A wedding day, the birth of a child, a baptism, each of us has our own ‘very important day’, followed by grey routine as the old joy slowly faded. It is to people like this that the aged John writes, the last living eyewitness of Jesus, reminding them what the true life revealed in Christ really is (1 John 1). Love in Action
God is love, and He is also invisible. However, people can see God and see love by looking at Christians who, because they believe in God, love those around them. Someone once said that you can’t hide love or a cough. Love is always visible because it is expressed through action.
